I like the song, though, and don't really have a big issue with the scene. It made me feel... uncomfortable, but as a "Herald" who didn't want to be a herald, that's probably fitting.
I just find the song too boring to listen too anymore, so I tend to do something else while that scene happens, lol.
What was the point in telling us how many times you've completed ME? You had already said how you felt about DAI, tacking that on was just as pointless as me doing it.

I did like Dorian and the future mage quest, that was cool.
I think that the choice to obtain the support of the mages or the templars was one of the best parts in DA:I. It showed impact beyond cosmetic dialogue. It caused mutually exclusive quests, NPCs and rewards.
I would love to see detailed consequences like that in ME:A.
heheh. I just couldn't get through that scene, I was cringing so hard. And of course it's one of the only cutscenes that you can't skip, so I just resort to muting it and looking away pointedly.

I generally liked the soundtrack of the whole game.
I'd put New Vegas on the same tier. But Wild Hunt never grew from the medieval clichés and cut/paste villages or points of interest to me. Skellige was the closest TW3 came to actually having a sense of unique realism in its design. The actual integration of history and culture into the design was generally poor in TW3.
Seriously, are you from bizarro Earth where everything is the exact opposite of this world ? That's the only way your message could make any shred of sense.
Except it is all the rage... CDPR took the "free DLC" out of the game then put out as free DLC just to feed that perception they "care".

It's kind of interesting how people are ok with better, even though it's not good. I just saw this is Civ VI, in which they are taking finished content out of the game and releasing it as a pre-order bonus. For those who do not pre-order they will get in eventually for free, but 90 days after the game's release. They are positively trying to make you pre-order a game by holding finished content. But for many people it's ok because x company would make it worse!
Because Andromeda has nothing to do with the original trilogy, the cast that we grew to love has gone, the story that drew us in has ended. We're getting something totally new, something that we know nothing about.

Well, before today's announcement about closing the forums, I had quite a bit of faith in ME:A...now, not so much. I'm a little concerned that they have opted to close the forum down only a weak after the book by Jemisin is due to be released and then pulling them down completely just prior to N7 day... when they are supposed to release more information about ME:A. It makes me feel like I'm just now waiting for the next shoe to fall.

Bioware are going out of their way to smash the remnants of the old trilogy. Including the fanbase.
I hate to say it but the over top chanting about how far gone the company and its attitudes were may have been right.

Lack of information about the premise of the game, no proper gameplay footage and now the closing of BSN pretty much paint a grim picture on how the game will turn out. It looks like Bioware doesn't have much confidence in ME:A.
