So i am in a pickle coz now Jack thinks i want to bang here but i just tried to be friendly and now only conversation option is we need to talk about us.... FFS! Whyyyyyyy. I cant go back coz im too far in to the story! Can i fix it somehow later in the game or am i doomed to have a psychotic chick! I had a romance with Liara! Is it too late or the romantic partner already counts without sex?

 

Honestly god the only one i find really cool is Kasumi. The rest of the chicks are not interesting or are just plain annoying or crazy!

given jack's history, she assumes that your shepard is only interested in sexy time with her and not a friendship with her, it is alright to refuse sex with her if she ask. Saying no to sex with her is a good thing.

You can break off relationships in ME2. Assuming you are in an actual relationship with Jack, you can pick the "we need to talk about us" option (or whatever it is called) and you can break off the relationship. 

 

Generally in the third or fourth conversation with Jack (and post-loyalty mission), she will ask if you have feelings for her and you can tell her that you just want to be friends, or I think more accurately you tell her you do not like her 'in that way' or something like that. Generally you only get that far if you have taking more Paragon options (top right in the dialogue wheel) with her.

With Tali and Jack you can enter the "lock in" conversation as many times as you want since there is an out.  For Miranda there isn't an out, you have to lock in or break off for good.

 

Anyway the "I want to talk about us" conversation... after she says she isn't interested in a dumb love affair, just say "never mind" and you can re-visit the conversation again later if you want.

 

Her dialogue is basically exhausted though.  If you lock in another love interest, then the talk about us lines will be a little different since she won't allow lock in and will mention the other romance interest.

I seem to recall this being an issue back in the day.  The romance / love interest option seems to be a bit.....  hidden, until you get used to it.  The main issue was people thought they were choosing the "paragon" choice when it was actually a love interest choice.  

 

As for Kasumi, she's not available.  Kelly Chambers is a 'sort of' option that is sort of in a strange middle ground - she can be friended without interfering with other relationships.  I won't go into more details for fear of ME3 spoilers.
