The DVD drive on the computer I was using to play DAO is no longer functioning and I'm not in a location to get it fixed right now. I had downloaded two of the free DLCs on the no longer funtioning computer. I have another computer I will start over on, but how do I get the free DLC again? I've already used the code so it won't allow me to use it again.

When you redeem the codes they are permanently linked to your account, so after reinstalling the game from the discs just start it and log in with your account details ingame. The game should automatically detect which DLC's you have access to and if you go to the Downloadable Content tab ingame they should show up there, ready to download/install.

i had 2 reinstall it as wel and my DLC arent showing up in the download tab
