I reduced the brightness so is less withey. It looks just like a human with a pseudo mask (like some characters like Samara wear in ME2). There's another dude behind and that's the Tempest.
It looks weird I believe because of the lighting and the awful video quality (this is a frame from the 1080 youtube oficial video).

It's human. You can match up the markings to those on the white helmet shown in the trailer.

In the E3 2016 trailer(I'll put it up later) I noticed at 0:59 to 1:00 what might be a new alien. I was checking out images on Andromeda and I zoomed in and saw what I thought to be the Asari but the head shape was different and It looked like a completely different creature.. It wasn't a turian. It may have been a new alien species. It had a long blue head. I may be wrong but it didn't look asari. Thoughts?

There is meant to be new races out as we are turning into the invaders so it was probably the indigenous species

Why have they been so slow to reveal new aliens?

 

Are people that attached to the old aliens or is Bioware delaying to have the freedom to make potential changes?

We know that. But it has armor. Khet seem pretty advanced. He may be a good khet or he may be something else entirely. I'm expecting multiple species in Andromeda.

More hanar? No thanks. Maybe something that doesn't walk upright. Maybe something that doesn't use two legs and two arms. Maybe something that doesn't have eyes in the center of their face with a nose and mouth directly below it. Basically something a lot stranger and more out of the ordinary than what we've been getting, because design-wise it's been a bit unimaginative.

Stranger and more out of the ordinary aliens would be cool. Just not too many please. The romance threads that would pop up here on the bsn would get gross and nauseating...............not that they aren't already.

That's a human wearing this white armor. Mouth part of the helmet is covered and that is what giving a weird look to the guy's face. Looked like a Trandoshan to me when I first saw that.

 No need to analyze. It's plain as day for anyone with eyes. You should have yours checked. No need to argue. You can just keep your hopes up only to be disappointed when the game arrives and confirms to you that it is indeed a human.

Well......Looks like I'm the underdog. But when I fall down, I get back up. I'm sticking to my belief regardless. I may be wrong but so are many others on this forum. When someone make a theory about the Geth building the ark everyone likes it, when SKAR thinks he sees an alien everybody loses their mind.
