I did a search and couldn't find anything on the specific problem I'm encountering. I haven't done many hak merges before, so I'm not sure what this error means. Maybe someone can offer some input?

 

I have hak A and hak B. I want to merge hak A & B into C. Though when I try this, I get an error:

 

Assertion Failed \nwn_xp1\Dev\utilities'hakedit'src'nwhperf.ccp, Line: 1716

 

The total number of resources in the hak is roughly 8k. I believe the limit is 16k, right?

 

Is there a maximum file size unrelated to the resource count?

I don't recognise the tool you're talking about, and clues from the pathname suggest that you're talking about something from NWN1.  You've posted in the NWN2 forum.
