Well, if we're talking MP (and we are in here), I've said it before but I'll say it again, Krogan are the most hilarious class to play.  There's nothing quite like running round and killing everything by beating them to death with their own spines (or tentacles whatever) and then laughing your head off about it.

 

Having said that, that batarian fist on a Volus looks like it's a must.  Next time I take out my flying beachball I'm totally doing that.

See... Turians supporters should learn from this. I mean, I support the Drell, but... How can you argue with that gif?

 

Actually, the more I think about it, the more I believe that I'm a mixed Drell-Krogan breed.

 

Like, 3/4th Drell and 1/4th Krogan.

 

There is definitely something very appealing in resolving problems by headbutting things.

 

I mean, that would explain my unfathomable love of the High Lord.

I forgot to mention that I also like to play as Geth Engineer. 

 

So for me right now it's EDI, Quarian, Geth and Asari.

I used to dislike krogan, but then the Kroguard happened and I happily melee'd a few Banshees and Brutes to death on the slope on Condor, and lemme tell you, it was a spiritual experience. And now I'm making constant fire explosions with my KroSol, hehehe.

 

Either way tho, not as fond of them on the whole as I am of geth and turians.

Humans. Cerberus humans of course, none of that "Alliance" stuff, until they become our controlled faithful ally the quotation mark stands.

During play, geth. That goes until I drop into a Geth Plat match. After that, anything but geth, I'm actually really open-minded in spite of  the indoctrination, so that means playing a vanilla human character.

Geth, then turians. I like the geth so much that I couldn't even kill them in my full renegade playthrough.

funny, they didn't even make it through my lone Paragon playthrough, albiet they got fried by the Starbrat instead of glorious Migrant Fleet.

Number one always were and always will be my darling blue babes, the asari So frail... yet, so much power! You could play pretty much any of them(sans vanguard, maybe) without any point on fitness and they'd still be a force to be reckoned with. What cam I say, I love a woman who can kick ass and these babes kick a metric ton of ass. Valkyrie will always be my most beloved... she can perform well as caster, weapon platform or she can be a melee beast, able to keep up with them krogan. But the vanilla adept will always hold a special place in my heart, She has came a long way from using Predator and Shuriken... now, she Claymores with the best of them... and is all the sexier because of it.

 

Honorable mention to drell and geth. So little health, but so much devastation and so much speed... gods, I love it.

When it comes to SP and lore: Turians! Reasons: Garrus and Nihlus 

Asari are a close second because I love their lore and they are fun to play as.

My two favorite ME3 MP characters are N7 Shadow and Fury though
