Maybe it's different on PC but disruption for me has around a 1 second delay after use where the user can't fire. If the victim is quick they can draw a secondary weapon and hit the disruptor.
It's still utter shite seemingly put in simply to annoy and troll people who play at close range. It's one thing on Lando (given that he's a pretty garbage hero otherwise), but half the lobby running around with it gets old really fast.
Well it's the same on PC of course, but the difference is in the relative lenght of fights. Fights are way faster on PC. You're gonna live or die, in a matter of a split second, usually. One second is... Pretty much an eternity here. I mean, obviously if you're against a mediocre player like you usually find in public lobbies it's not such a big deal, you roll on a side, do a bit of jumping/strafing, and you're hardly gonna get hit at all. But if you're playing against a good player... You either can duck into cover, or by the time you can even attempt the flush you're gonna be smoked. Same thing for switching to a secondary, even though to a lesser extent. I mean, I know that whenever someone tries to switch/throw a grenade/do something similar while in a fight with me, he's gonna die 99% of the times right there. And I'm not even that good, so...
Anyway yeah, Lando getting it is totally fair, I don't mind it. Tell you what, I don't even mind the card itself too much, it's how easy it is to spam it that makes it cross the annoying line. Its cooldown is WAY too fast for what it does, and just as important its range is way too big. I can't count the times I thought I was good cause I was quite a bit far away and I still got hit. They should nerf both, and then I'll be happier.
I think I might make a thread like this called 'I don't like the Claymore.' Then I'd sit back and watch the hate roll in.
You'd need to still have a head for that...
