It just says "we will be there by 2016" It doesn't say when. And following Bio's logic they already where here on E3 showing another teaser, so...
Anyways, it's an old tweet. I'm not sure when (and if) they're gonna be showing something this year. I guess we're supposed to wait for Gamescom, PAX East, West, South, North, Center, and ComicCons along with N7 "we don't reveal anything" day for more information.

Maybe since it is the last one before the release of Andromeda, but I wouldn't put any expectations on what they would present for they are being really cautious on what they are showing. As I have said before I think people's reaction to what happened with the Crestwood video has really made BioWare nervous to prevent people from developing expectations on what to expect from the game.

That means that the "we" is not Bioware. It's the Daybreak Game Company, who creates H1Z1.

Wynn said that in 2015, when they were planning to be there. The tweet was made just over a month after the E3 trailer, when they'd annouced a Fall 2016 release date. It is likely plans changed a few months later. So, I doubt they'll be at Gamescom this year.

Hilarious as it would be to watch the forum meltdown and rage I've got a good feeling they will show the first actual decent trailer at Gamescom. Kinda like how they basically saved their best trailer for DA: Inquisition for Gamescom

Does EA even have a strong presence at Gamescom? I'd rather wait for a huge info dump (say N7 Day) rather then have it be slowly releasing to us.

Gods not another 2 min trailer! I'm so goddamn sick of that. Almost as sick as watching dev diaries...
I'm hoping for a bit more substance, if they plan to actually show something that is.
