I am playing Dragon Age Inquisition and I just gotten to Skyhold. Normally after I got to Skyhold I can start romancing people but the person I wanna romance called Solas don't have any more dialogue or cut scenes with him he just talks to me about the main villain in the game. Normally when I get to Skyhold Solas normally has a cutscene even if you wanna romance him or not but he does nothing.

 

I think hes broken? or does he hate me so he won't speak to me?

 

I am playing as a female elf and I always try and get his approval.

I took certain people as prisoners instead of allies could that affect it?

I don't normally have this trouble even my female dwarf went into the fade with him and i'm trying to romance Iron bull with her and my other elf had no trouble romancing Solas but in this game he just won't look at me.

I think it's a bug.

You probably just need to bump his approval up. Conscripting the mages gives you a big fat 'Solas greatly disapproves'. Also, you haven't flirted with anyone else, like say, Blackwall, have you?

I not flirted with Blackwall only Sera but I didn't picked the option to say to her  i'm interested in her so I not started a relationship with her.

How can I make Solas like me again? I tried looking for the Elven artifacts but I know they are only 1+ approval.

It's hard to see where I stand with him because Bioware took away the meter so I don't know how much he don't like me at

You can sort of gauge how companions feel about you based on how they greet you. If Solas says, "Hello", "Greetings", or "What can I do for you?" you probably don't need much more approval to trigger the cut scene.

there is a bug that cause the cutscene to not trigger, basicly to solve it you need to relaod a save for when you first arrive to skyhold and speak to him.

Solas does say Hello and Greetings to me I guess I will try and get this approval up and if it doesn't work then I would have to restart the whole game because after I just got to Skyhold it was late so I saved and went to bed so my only save date is from Skyhold nothing before :/ or I will go and romance Cullen
