Hi there!
So I Have been sondering something, I Have several npc spawns that I only want to spawn during the dat in An Area and hostile creatures by night. (Making the npc's despawn when night falls.)
Basically I want the policemen patrolling the streets during the day and Move away when night falls and with a Chance of a vampire spanning during night Time.
Is this doable?

I'm sure someone pointed you at NESS at some point in the past. You should really consider it. What you are asking is a simple matter of configuring a few waypoints in that system. It can of course be done without it but there are only so many wheels that need to be invented...
Read the tutorial, get the waypoint generator program and have at it.
