[Ex Tenebrae Lux]

As there aren't that many people in the german forum, I'll try to post the problem here, too. Perhaps someone has an idea we haven't had.

Problem is:
several people got the digital download collectors edition from gamesload.de
Installing the game is no problem, redeeming the several codes for DLC works just fine.

But, when the game is started, a screen appears where we have to enter the EA account data. After that, the following message appears (translated):

"Mass Effect 2 couldn't be activated on the PC for the given EA-Account. Please enter your serial number to activate the game on this computer."

Entering the serial, we have to read something like:
"The entered serial cannot be used for this game"

Somebody wrote that the game could be activated there: https://activate.ea....do?locale=de_DE
so I tried...

The message I got there was:

You have successfully activated the following Product:

Mass Effect™ 2 Digital Deluxe Edition--spanish, english (USA), czech, hungarian, russian
For your account: ex-tenebrae-lux@...

So... somehow the activation key ist for another language version, not the one we got. Calling around, gamesload tells us that EA must have sent them the wrong keys and EA tells us that it is a gamesload problem because the activation comes from gamesload (????).

So... perhaps someone who works for Bioware still awake who could help?
