Wait. What do you mean TommyNG? Why that specific name? Hasn't everyone been sync-killed by Geth Prime on wave 3 at some point? Or that's just me? 

He was a pioneer, the first written record of it happening. Things like that are hard to forget, tragic. But if others have fallen via Geth Prime I will weep for their sacrifice.

Brutes sync kill really arbitrarily. Sometimes they do it after their leap-y pound thing; oftentimes they don't. In my experience there's no way to really anticipate it. Plus, if a Brute's in a position where it has the potential to sync kill you, you've already made a mistake.

 

Also: I've never been synced by an Atlas. It's pretty easy to avoid.

Been synced many times by all one hit wonders because I'm a scrub. However, only one time had a Scion sync killed me and that was enough for me. That was so brutal I wanted to get in the corner and curl up onto fetal position.

Edit: I guess they are not actually one hit wonders since it happened multiple times. But, whatever
