Actually you're more of a pessimist.
Well that's perfect, because if and when this game fails I won't feel so disappointed ![]()

That we're getting multiplayer. I'm interested in the SP too but I loved ME3MP
I want Ryder's - f*cking fantastic - dance skills to be a plot point.
it be' cool if his/her dance skills match some mechanic you didn't realize set it. Like I had this idea, that depending on what you set their private quarters radio too, will determine their dance style. Hip Hop = Breakdancing Ryder, Electric = Rave Dancing, Rock = Moshing? stuff like that lol.
New planets and solar systems
Travelling in space again, I miss this so much !
New characters
New antagonists (they better have charisma)
Creating my new character !
Maybe the start for a new trilogy ?

Well, lessee..one of the things I'm liking is the family angle they're using. I think that will be interesting.. Also, iirc, Mac said something about...the Hero'sJourney and how that usually begins with necessary trials and tribulations making for a bit a of darker beginning for your hero.
Idk if this means the beginning of this one game, or if the whole game would be considered the beginning of this journey (thereby setting it up for sequels).
Also, I believe they mentioned it would be a more personal type of story.
So. I'm liking that part so far.
Liar. What are you even doing here? You care.Well that's perfect, because if and when this game fails I won't feel so disappointed
Don't patronize me.Ahhhh,..........Bioware fan youth,.........So full of optimism.
I remember those days.........a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
Don't patronize me.
Overall excited for this game... but the exploration of alien planets and possible colonisation choices that may exist definitely have my attention.
I like all the options you mentioned but I am not happy with the Ryder family rubbish.
The family rubbish should not be in the game as it stops us from creating a new character the way we like.
Also if there is more than one game and we continue with Ryder we would be stuck with the family for ever without the option to play a different character.

Interesting thought.
My view is Bio has an agenda and wants to push the envelope. A strong female character is something right up their alley. ... nothing wrong with that. Also, Ryder is their new Shep. Stay tuned for ME:A 2 and 3 with Ryder.
Staying with the Ryder family as the new Shep, I wonder how Bio will portray the Ryders in MEA 2 and 3. Is Ryder now a real bad azz, who is no different than soldier Shep? Will the Ryder be older looking?
SnipFrostbite engine for new engine only is the closest I got, this could mean less chance of cut content.
Snip

Hu?
How's that exactly?

Only if I don't have to pay a fee.
Thank God!!!!! I'm glad they didn't listen to the haters.Biotic Charge.
I am so happy they're keeping that.
Honestly, Multiplayer.
This has a lot to do with the fact that a lot of the details we got about SP are still incredibly vague and we don't really know much about it.
That Asari's hairy eyebrows....

Ha. Well it all depends on POV. I myself don't fit into any category. I'm a jack of all trades. But I'm mostly an optimist or idealist. Whatever. I expect the best out of this game cause they've done great work before. Why should I be pessimistic because of one stupid **** up? It's when I experience it that I can judge it completely."A pessimist is what an optimist calls a realist." - Ashley Williams
I'm excited about the entire game and super curious about the beginning.
I'm not big fan of the family thing, but i will wait and see before i talk about things that i don't even saw yet. (some people could learn)
And the people that are hoping for the game to be a failure, don't worry! I will buy a lot more than one copy ![]()
I am pretty excited simply about the fact there is a new Mass Effect game coming out as I am really looking forward to it (I guess it's a weird opinion on these forums) and I intend to play the hell out of it.
The only thing that worries me a little is the focus on an open world - not that an open world is a bad thing, but it needs to have quality content and not being huge only for sake of being huge (DAI humongous map filled with meaningless collecting quests or the huge, very empty planets of ME1 that were only excuses for driving Mako around come to mind).
There is nothing really to be excited about since we know next to nothing about the game.
