I just needed to post we need Alan Tudyk as voice actor.
I don't know. He could be whoever, he is an experienced voice actor (Wreck-it Ralph, Zootopia, Ice Age...) and he is awesome.
Hell, he is freaking WASH from Firefly, he is the pilot. He was Joker before Joker!
He could be a new pilot. He don't need to be human. He could even be a AI (he played as a robot in I, Robot).

Nothing happened to him, he left by his own volition because Naughty Dog was making changes to the script of Uncharted 4 that he didn't like. His Spike Spiegel voice is his normal voice. Besides, the protagonist should be voiced by someone less well-known, a relatively unknown voice that becomes the character's instead of players having to hear a voice we've already heard a million times.Yes!!!!!!!!
