Wasn't there also something about Duke Nukem Forever if i remember correctly ? Did that game came out at all ?

 

It came out 3 or 4 years ago. Apparently not a very good game,  never played it myself

Definitely getting Half life 3 vibes ha. The game will be 12 years now without counting the 2 epxansions/DLCs.

Haha yup, the combat system was **** and alot of the story just made no sense lol

Indeed, it's a waste at this point. I believe they started production, stopped, started again, changed stuff, stopped, and eventually stopped for good. Something like that actually happened with Ep2.

Of course, they don't need to keep making games anymore since they're floating in cash thanks to Steam.

It's still a pity, that's for sure.

At this point no one really cares about Half Life 3. Story rich FPS games are a dime a dozen these days, Valve has missed the boat. They don't care though, they rake it in with all the micro transactions in their games these days.

I should probably be glad that I still play World of Warcraft. Legion is coming out really soon and it should hopefully make the wait for Andromeda a little bit more bearable.

Empty calorie shooters with pointless campaigns tacked on like CoD? Sure, there's tons of them, but a well designed singleplayer shooter? Those are rare. In fact, there's only been about one of those per year for a while now .

 

Even if it didn't carry the Half Life name, you can bet that there's a sizable audience willing to purchase a shooter meticulously designed by Valve.

I also get sick of waiting if I focus too much on it. But there are plenty of other games out there. In fact 2016 so far has been really great. I am afraid I won't get to play all the games I want to before ME:A comes out.

Travel forward in time. Just go to your local time travel centre. It's free as well. I heard.

Or, you could just stay in the present, while the future you is playing it. But why should future you be the one to play it before present you? I suppose it's better than being past you; present you is a little closer. Unless past you travels forward in time and gets there before present you. And if the future you decides to travel BACK in time, and the past or present you DOESN'T travel forward in time before then, then you may never play it.

If you read the Aaryn Flynn interview over at gamespot, you wouldn't share that sentiment. I honestly hope ME:A doesn't see the light of day, before 2018
