So I've linked my Origin/EA account with my Xbox 360 gamertag, and I have a Dragon Age Keep account to use the Tapestry. But my character isn't showing up. Do I have to register my copy of the game on Bioware Social? If so, that's not gonna happen because I purchased the game used through gamestop, and I've tried to register but it wont work.

The only importing Keep does is to use your Hero's profile picture and bring in any achievements you unlocked. This was done through the BioWare Social Network. But if you want to, you can simply select your Hero from the list and change the profile picture yourself.
You can also change their background story by clicking the edit icon in the profile.
You can also manually unlock all the various achievements.
So there's really no need to import from BSN or upload anything from Origins to BSN.
