So straight out of the gate, a question: is there a way to make armor textures that I obtained via mods appear as textures for created items in the toolset? Sometimes when I add a mod, it does so automatically (Improved Atmosphere, and Fashion Bazaar, for example). However, I recently found two with some really nice appearances that I would like to use:
http://social.biowar...m/project/4160/
and
http://social.biowar...m/project/4662/
The former in particular looks way better on most female characters, IMO, than the default light armors, and I'm quite fond of the gloves and boots in the latter, so I wanted to try to create some "clone" items that mimicked the function of existing armors, with those appearances. However, when I load up the toolset, they do not seem to appear.
I'm not exceptionally tech savvy, but I've been able to work my way around the most basic functions. This one is eluding me, though.
Just a dabbler, looking for help with item creation and mods

Leather Armor chest with the appearance of tmp's DA2 Rogue Armour port:
Spoiler
You may need to extract the mods files - or at least the GDA for the new items - from the DAzip and place them into your override, before the ItemVariation/appearance will be available in the toolset. (I do that with most armour/weapon/clothing mods, in rather than using the DAzip, so I cannae recall whether it's required or no. Sorry.)

Extracting the files from the .dazip to my override directory worked perfectly! Thanks!
