play bronze, tell them to use a drone and put all points into it. sit back shoot at stuff a little bit while the drone mops up the map.
p.s. they have to drink some sort of acololic beverage as well

Serious Answer; After alittle time at the beginning of the SP Campaign, load up the Citidal DLC and let them try out the armex arena play to nail the mechanics down better on increasing difficulty over time.
My real answer; 2 kilos of Red Sand and all will be fine.

Citadel DLC becomes available only after the Cerberus Coup (almost half the game). And you'd have to beat the DLC itself to get access to Armax.
You should tell them to use an engineer or an Adept because like... even with bad weapons powers do the same amount of damage so its better for beginners
i mostly use adepts and engineers for that reason haha
it will also help them with explosions and getting used to it and working as a team ![]()

But there are no Asari Engies! Why would you be cruel like that to beginners?! I'd totally play Asari Engineer though. She'd have a blue omnitool, too.

too bad y'all aren't smart enough to get engineering degrees.
I mean, even the vorcha managed one.
It's k tho, I'm sure you're all great at Women's Studies.
The closest we ever got to an Asari Engineer was Liara, who could learn Overload in the first game. Though this only makes her a cheap Turian Sentinel knockoff without tech armor.
But there are no Asari Engies!
Make sure their starting character has grenades. That's all I'm saying.
