Does anybody else have issues with the grenades not always working or exploding when they're supposed to?
I find that when my squad and I have hacking objectives it is crucial that we hold position to expedite the mission, and as such, we get swarmed. A resolution I find is to lay grenades, but they don't always go off, and when you have bastards like phantoms swarming you in close confinement and limited cover, you need every advantage you can get.

Well OP, from the sounds of it, you are using sticky grenades with the proximity evo 6
That evo on that grenade is bugged and doesn't work properly
I figured someone should answer your questions seriously (apart from the response re lag and hitscan, which is another valid point)
Send an unpleasant message to the host admonishing him for not living at least 3000 miles closer and probably for using Comcast. Never heard a 'Murican say nice things about Comcast.
Or just follow the sensible advice and get the fudge outta rog. Grenade duds are ultra lag territory.
