Does anybody else have issues with the grenades not always working or exploding when they're supposed to?
I find that when my squad and I have hacking objectives it is crucial that we hold position to expedite the mission, and as such, we get swarmed. A resolution I find is to lay grenades, but they don't always go off, and when you have bastards like phantoms swarming you in close confinement and limited cover, you need every advantage you can get.

Whenever I see "Working As Intended™" I think of the "just as planned" meme and mentally superimpose the former over the latter.
My character doesn't throw grenades. It consumes them so I get my shields back or get back up if I get killed.
But usually I can hold the line (not the hack circle - I'm drawing aggro!) with my Incendiary/Reegar pretty good so I don't need those grenades too often.
