I think just having to throw another grenade that was never recorded as being thrown in the first place is way better than missing a warp or other similar power altogether.
So yeah throw again or ragequit...personally #INEVERRAGEQUIT

Yeah, when you're off-host, sometimes you will throw "blank" grenades that will just disappear instead of going off, sometimes you will throw grenades that will go off really late (and sometimes be invisible), or you will do the grenade hand throwing motion, but no grenade will ever be thrown. The last one is my personal favorite, especially with the Drell Vanguard, because it looks like you just charged into a group of enemies and started doing fist bumps like some Jersey Shore reject. when I need to gernade something I usually just spam the key for a solid 10 seconds until my quarian stops throwing gernades. If it's geth, I'll hit a TCP and do it again.
