hey i dont you guys to have a heart attack or something, but does anyone know why da hell in the gamespot page for ME:A it says the game its coming in december 2017?
 

I mean gamespot.com its not any site. In fact, couple of weeks ago they published that interview in which a dev told about the coallition of races that fled milky way (i made a topic about it) which explains how humans, turians, krogans, asaris etc ended up in Andromeda.

 

I dont want to create the 62168498th thread about the possible release date (even doe, personally, i think we'd already see gameplay footage and more material on Andromeda if it was really schedueled to Fev/Mar '17) but isnt it a bit concerning that the gamespot site is predicting the game will be launched only in Dec'17?

Not to worry. When companies and websites do not have an exact release date they will use December or Dec 31st as a placeholder. If Bioware officially says the game has been postponed until Holiday 2017 then you can panic.

This. When No Man's Sky was delayed, even the official PlayStation store changed the new release to december 2016. It's like Autonvigo says, a placeholder.

Honestly...unpopular opinion time:

This would suck to wait if it was true and not a placeholder, as they have been working on this game forever and I've been stoked forever, and it would probably reinforce worries about staff leaving midway through...but I would MUCH rather have a polished and amazing game than a rushed shitshow of a game. I would be okay with waiting for that.

But here's the thing: the longer the wait, the higher the expectations not to **** something in the game up.
