I don't understand - why so much fitness , when tactical scan can come in handy with bosses. Even a modmaker build doesn't explain an all-health build. Helmet girl will turn in her grave.

Damage, DoT, shields damage.

Depends one which faction you play, for Reapers I'd go with armor damage on rank 6.

For Geth definately shield damage.

For Cerberus it's either way, I used armor damage in my last QME solo.

It's a build for platinun solos, I happily skip tactical scan so I can go full fitness and power amp IV.

Lobbed Shock Singularity grenades are incredible.

 

Actually they're probably too incredible for my Mechromancer build.  If you go for Upshot Robot, your Deathtrap needs kills to extend its duration and acquire more melee boost stacks.

 

Not that I'm too worried.  Gaige with an Unkempt Harold makes short work out of anybody who isn't an elite boss.

Because that specific build is meant for a plat solo speedrun against Geth/Rio, and tac scan's single target debuff with a long casting animation is actually not all that useful in such a situation compared to the ability to tank more damage and survive DOT effects for longer without having to either gel or ops pack.

I only use them to clear all the mooks in a spawn so usually lob 2-3. Go for the shield damage so if anything does survive, the shields are at least drained.

On Tac scan- as I said esrlier- I use it only for bosses. The rest die under a second with arc gnsdes and incen combo/ or the recombo. Since I can't kill all bosses under 1.48 seconds like you, I have to revert to 40% damage taken increase (incl +25% for headshots) and 15% slower banshee hopping - which helps us simpletons on ps3 console a wee bit. Belief it or not- but tac scan also worked yesterday on plat+ improves overall team damage dealt. Ofc it is a liberal glass canon. - but it's a high risk engie anyway.
Because I thought WTH : if to valhalla , then on a speedboat.


But Ofc if people want to add only 300 shields and 200 health like Pattie/VorcaMasterMarmite/Clavicuswhatever, great for them - that is 2 bullets more protection from a marauder/collector captains. Mb I don't do the engie justice, but I got a note yesterday under my door - thanking me for giving him the opportunity to show some Quatian pride. Different strokes for different folks.
