Why are they more bad azz on the FQI than the human infiltrators? Is it the tech vulnerability from sabotage? I usually skip them on the human infee's nowadays. Thoughts?

Yeah nothing like that 50% boost to the TB or FE (do you get both?) With Incendiary stickies.

I used to use those things when I first started the MP. They do pack a punch, but there are so many better ways to spec an infiltrator.
