Just playing through Leviathan again today. While it's still one of my favorite DLCs, I have to say that if I were trying to hide something or keep people from asking uncomfortable questions, I'm pretty sure that simply repeating "Turn back, the darkness must not be breached" would be fairly far down my list of diversion tactics.
The Leviathans would be terrible spies
