My Wardens have lost their hero portraits.

I'm having this problem too. Wardens disappeared from the Keep a few days ago, they're back now but no hero portraits. Maybe reloading the saves will help? I haven't tried it yet, myself.

It has crashed files of photos. I had it for like 3 out of 4 Wardens.
I had to reupload screenshots from pc. I think you both need to do the same. Now those portraits are again, but I had to reupload screens to Keep.
I don't think BioWare will fix this thing. My guess it's some glitch with file keeping on Keep.

I'm on the PS3. Maybe if I delete the Warden's profile and wait for it to sync again, which will create a new one?

^ I am not sure how on console will this work. You don't have any uploading from files on console ? I had to manually upload portraits, did you tried changing Warden in world state back and again ? It may be a solution to force Keep to reupload images

It's not about if you are chosing them right now. I meant - go to Keep, go to Warden himself/herself - try to change it on someone else, save it, go back to previous one. Perhaps when saving again the same hero the Keep will reconnect with your data files to game again.
If it will work ... repeat this action on every other world state with broken portrait
I can't check up this way of repairing since I already did other repair of it.

"Change it on someone else" meaning "choose another Warden"? And what do you mean by saving? Selecting choices is all one does in the Keep.
I might add that I only have one world state.

I mean go to Keep world state. Choose your current Warden, change it to something else - for example this typical Dalish female Warden. Accept this change. Leave World State with her. Log out, and log on again. Go to world state again, chose Warden - this time switch onto your normal one. Accept this change, if Keep will reconnect with your data to this hero it will be good.
It's all about making Keep work to reconnect with your game data which it has lost. After all it has downloaded portraits to Origins and II automaticly.
One world state barely matters, you can still switch Warden choice on ones of propositions from Keep itself.
There are also Wardens from others on Keep which they has shared.
Just go to options of Warden - there after "Origin" thing about Warden is option for Heroes like Solona Amell - with portraits and everything.
Also .. you are sure you don't have more than one copy of your Warden on Keep ? I just for my first Warden City Elf female have like 5 copies from different times in game itself (like from Awekening, Origins ending or Witchhunt).

I actually only have two Wardens in the keep, of the same character, while on my diagnostics page I have four. I'm assuming these should be my Warden at the end of each game/DLC. However again I only have two in the keep each without portraits. I'm not sure which one to pick. I think I might delete all files and re-sync but it still might not have a portrait. I know it's not super important but I want it too.
Another note though is that when this happened I started DA:II and it actually did sync my Hawke, but after 16 hours Hawke is still in her starting gear. I'm not sure what to do.
Update: Deleted all files and re-synced my Warden. Good news is that syncing is working, bad news is that two Wardens are still appearing in the keep without portraits and Hawke won't update. It might all just be a portrait issue though.

Aroya I might not understand what you want from Hawke actually.
Out of every Hawke which I had only mine Eloise have two verisons of armor on her various portraits.
One is the first one so it leather armor, and all rest have Champion Armor only. I think that game itself does change clothes on portrait only to Champion armor set.
Also if you are on pc I think that you can do inside game various screenshots and just like to Inquisition - sent them to Keep and save as portraits.
I think you can go to Black Emporium mirror and just change anything in Hawke like make-up to force game to update on your current armor on portrait.
Then just click on Hawke in Keep, and do sent image thing and point that one out to your data files from game where on "Characters" is always position for portraits.
If you are on console I can't help you however.
About Warden portrait it's the same mechanic as I described to Hawke above. Those Wardens are having portrait data file deleted/crashed by Keep itself.
Unless you manually will fix Keep on this by reuploading data from your game files, it won't change no matter how many syncing you will do.
And if you have the same Warden repeated - I have 5 clones of mine Enayra Tabris somehow - and some of them have portraits, then pick up those which have them. As far as I know it don't matter which clone you pick. Other than what suit on portrait does this character have.
Keep does not uploading anything from DA II or DA O itself other than basic character info like portrait, class and origin.
This portrait issue seems to me like huge problem in Keep. I may tell you that besides Enayra from Witchhunt, and one portrait of her from Origins itself, all other of her copies as well as other characters like dwarf noble, human female noble and dalish male rogue lost their portraits.
For any other character than City Elf I had to reupload portraits from game data.
And Keep doesn't hide fact that it has crashed/deleted/corrupted this data file. It has literally a icon for crashed data instead of portrait.

Thank you this actually helps a lot. I wasn't aware that Hawke didn't upload on every save, that makes things easier. As for the Wardens I guess I'll just have to pick one and upload the picture it is suppose to from my files. Do you know where they are saved at?
