So in Inquisition, BioWare finally decided to show naked people (without using underwear to cover up the lewd parts). They finally accepted that their audience is built up primarily of mature people, not children.

 

I was wondering. We've seen human (and variances of human - the other Dragon Age races) in their nakedness. Would you want to see aliens in the nude as well?

 

As far as I am aware, the only alien in Mass Effect that showed some skin was Liara. Would you want to see what some of the other aliens have beneath their armour and clothing?

Liara did a lot more than "show some skin". She made a -veed- with the Shadow Broker.

Take the new Star Trek: Beyond movie. There are 50 alien species (btw, it's to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Star Trek franchise). Some are totally uninteresting, some are more human like and uninteresting, while others are human like and interesting.

If it wasn't clear, I meant aliens that are... civilised. Turians, Krogan, Drell, Quarians, et cetera. Not Thresher Maws, or Klixen, or Reapers.

We saw Liara naked in ME1 even if it had bit of controversy on Fox news I don't see why we wouldn't see more in ME:A now that it worked fine in ME:A. Though I'd imagine devs wanting to show more nudity in terms of more humanoid looking aliens. I wonder if they haven even thought about what's underneath armors and clothes of some aliens- and if they have, is that sth they want to show

Liara's just a blue human. But vg devs do know how female aliens look naked - if it's female, just slap boobs on it, mammal or no mammal. Protheans are apparently advanced enough to bang in full armor tho, if Javik's any indication.
