Well, it says my gamertag is unavailable or already used.  I contacted support but it's been a couple of days and nothing.  What can I do about this?  Is this the wrong forum?

Try to think about other e-mails you may have used in the past to sign up for an EA account. Games like Need for Speed Shift for example. Then create another BioWare account linking to your proper ea account and redeem your codes.

Here is what you can do, same thing happened to me didn't realize that I already had an account



You can make another acct on your xbox (silver is fine and free) then sign onto mass effect 2 with the new account and type in your new account info (it will link it if you do this) Then if you haven't already type in the code on your new account on this website. Then go to the main menu on your new xbl account download the promo code and it will be on your xbox and all GT's on your xbox.

the problem is my gamertag is tied to an older EA account I forgot I made. I submitted a PM request to support asking them to fix it (along with my info) so I'm hoping that happens.

Visit http://support.ea.com/chat . They will ask you some questions to verify your ID then they will ask with email you want to have linked to your Live account. They will then switch it for you.

U CANT DO WAT BALLA SAID IF U ALREADY USED THE CERBURUS NETWORK CARD. i had used the cerberus card on my real gm tag but my ea account is messin up like yalls. so i tried to do wat he said make a new account. i did. i put the terminus code on my NEW FAKE gm tag.. i had already put in my cerberus network code on my real tag and u cn only do it once. THAMKS FOR ****ING UP MY GAME ****!!

Maybe use my Japanese account otherwise remake another one

My gamertag is linked to my ea account fine. I sign into this account using the exact same username and password and it still says no xbox gamertags linked? Someone please explain how it automatically links from this site to ea, cause it aint f#$king working. I have had nothing but issues with EA for years with this crap
