First to the Admins and Moderators....my apologies for placing it here, but for some reason my question does not seem to get placed on the EA answers HQ. I keep getting redirected to the HTML tab when clicking submit? ( Not sure if it is someting I am not doing / not doing correctly? ) So hopefully people here might know how to solve this.

 

 

Okay a while ago I bought DAI and I am playing it a lot since, but this weekend I wanted to also play a bit of DAO Ultimate Edition on Steam again. 

 

The game would at first not start again, so I removed it and then installed again. Without deleting the Bioware folder in Documents, which would be foolish any way because of DAI.  Any way, I started DAO and in the main menu I clicked on login and entered the email and password for my EA account and then I got this warning?

 

 

I tried it several times yesterday, and a few times today, but I keep getting the same message. Am I doing something wrong here, ( Is my guess at the moment. ) or is it a problem with the DA servers? I do not have this problem with DAI?

I just tried it on my copy and logged in. So it's not happening here at least.

 

I know the servers can be finicky sometimes though (I'm in the US/going through Origin). There's been times where it's taken awhile. Maybe that's the case here. I hope it works for you later.

Okay that could indeed be the problem then, because my EA password has several non alphanumeric characters. I will try that out, but if that is the problem then it sucks having to choose a less secure password!?

Just mix letters and numbers.. some in Caps. You'll be OK

Yeah I know, I just did and it worked indeed, so problem solved. It is just that I normally prefer to use passwords with several non alphanumeric characters in it...oh well, we can not have it all every time.
