I've been writing up a design for a mod, and well, to cut a very long story short, I need some help with something.
During Priority: Citadel II the Salarian Councillor can be killed. What I need to know is, if he dies, what is the name of the one who replaces him, if there even is someone who does.
I could've sworn that no one does (him or her).
No one replaces the Salarian councilor if Kai Leng kills the councilor
