Title. That is all.
I'd like a New Game +.

All the Mass Effect games have NG+, Dragon Age doesn't.

I've never finished a ME game, but I have finished a DA game. That would be the reason I am asking.

Eww. But, as long as they're not scaling enemies, it doesn't really matter if they include this.
Eww? What do you mean eww? I have no idea where this is coming from.

How is it an "eww"? it adds replayability especially if you want to hike up the difficulty.

Every Mass Effect title has a New Game Plus feature, so it's reasonable to expect this one will have it as well.

Figures, anyway, all Mass Effect games to this point have New Game+, just import your NG Shep and it will become a NG+.

It almost feels necessary on ME3. Since if you import, you start at level 30. But you can only upgrade weapons to level V the first run.

Bio games -- most RPGs, really -- almost always play worse at higher levels, both through dullness and ease, although I suppose those are more or less the same thing. ME1's a particular offender; before you even finish the game the first time loot has become worthless, XP almost so, and difficulty has collapsed.Eww? What do you mean eww? I have no idea where this is coming from.
But like I said, as long as NG+ isn't compromising the rest of the design, having it exist isn't a problem.

As others said, every other Mass Effect game has had a New Game + feature, so I have little doubt that this will be any different.

OK, yeah, that makes sense. I do hate it when the game suddenly drops off in difficulty and makes the rest of the game a cakewalk. That said, I think if NG+ is implemented well, it only makes sense to have in the game.

I don't see why it wouldn't since it was available for the previous 3 games

That's backwards, but whatever floats your boat. As already stated though NG+ is usually in ME, but I wouldn't put my money on it being in the new one. It should, but given recent history from ole Bioware I wouldn't be surprised if it was cut.

But I'd also like to point out that having never actually finished a Mass Effect game, it likely wouldn't matter to you anyway if they didn't.

I'm just here to reiterate that NG+ is a given at this point.

Right, I haven't finished a ME game, but that doesn't mean it will stay that way. I have other games I am playing right now. I did say I finished a DA game and I have actually finished both DA:O and DA:I. I have spent hundreds of hours playing those games each. I believe I got very very close to finishing ME2, like the last battle close. But anyways, I do plan on playing ME:A to completion given its a fun game. Time will tell if that is going to be the case or not. I just have never really been into shooters much, so if its an Action RPG with an emphasis on Action, then yes, I might not make it all the way through, but if its a truer RPG then I might be playing it a lot. Depends. Also, since setting myself up with the task of completing 3 40+ hour games minimum, I will say its a little daunting to me. Plus, I'm pretty sure we are going to have pretty much a fresh start with ME:A so I don't have to worry about completing the previous ME games.

Having a fully upgrade Mattock at the start of a new game does have a lovely appeal...

NG+ yes, I'll take that but I also want a more painful difficulty than Nightmare or Insanity. I want some DS level pain xD

I can see the ease being a problem, like how ME1 Shepard goes from struggling with the krogan battlemaster to practically ragdolling colossi, but i really like that i no longer care about loot if i want to replay the game. I can ignore the compulsion to open every safe or loot every corpse.
