if we're getting skill trees, I expect a lot of options for abilities and passives as I was heavily disappointed in the past ME games and DA:I's skill trees.
Skillbased or classical ME-Classes?

I'm never going to take MP into account when building SP mechanics.
Just as MP probably shouldn't worry about SP.
Games used to be better documented. I get that we can't have printed manuals anymore, but all of the information that would have gone into a printed manual should still be available to players in a convenient format (in-game codices are not convenient).
Fine.
But the correlation between effective, efficient MP builds being the same in SP remains.

But builds that work well as part of a full squad in SP may not work well when controlled individually in MP.Fine.

It's fine if you don't want to take MP into account, but the developers obviously have to do so.
As far as working in SP or working in MP, there isn't a whole lot of difference in synergy between powers on different characters whether one person is controlling 3 characters, or if 3 people are controlling 1 character each.

They could be cheaper to manufacture. Or perhaps they've been surpassed by more modern weapons, but there was a time when they were ubiquitous (much like the AK-47 has been for the past 50 years).
