My copy of Mass Effect 2 just arrived today (Not CE), but i can't seem to find any Cerberus code. Is it a actual "card", or is it written on something somewhere? Because i have nothing besides the manual and CD2 in my box, along with the CD-key.

I spoke with someone from EA at EA's live chat, he added Cerberus to my account for me. You guys should go there aswell. I got the "Normandy Crash Site" and "Zaeed" DLC, is that correct?

I'm missing the code as well. I remember when PC gaming was hassle free... I hate all this crap.

Guess I'll have to contact EA and waste some time.

Meh. Waited 30 minutes for an EA support chat, then it cancelled the chat request when it was my turn. Lovely. Wrote them an email instead...

This DLC crap is just great. I feel truly valued as a PC gamer/customer.

How low can you go, Bioware?

I have the same issue, no cerberus code in my box.

Should I just play without it, or wait to get this solved, not exactly sure what I would be missing out on?

You ain't missing out on too much it would seem. You could easily go about playing without it imo. The companion is rather boring, and the other free DLC is the crash site of Normandy, that you can visit. No biggie.

Bioware, please let us know what you're doing about this issue. EA is not responding.

Just wait for someone to get on the EA live support chat. They will activate it for you in about half an hour. Just keep in mind timezones. If you're in europe, you will have to wait until the evening to do the chat.

The Cerberus card is a credit card sized card. If you bought the collectror's edition it is the same color as the box that has has the art book in it and is probably stuck in a slot in that box. It is very easy to overlook. The card is black and orange.

There was no such card included in my regular edition, retail PC version. The DVD case contained a manual and two DVDs. The Cerberus code is advertised on the back of the box though...

Fix this, Bioware.

I am having problems as well: I ordered digital deluxe edition from Dutch version of EA Store website, and last Monday I received a mail with a product-id and I could preload the game. The mail also stated that the Cerberus and bonus armor codes would be mailed to me within 84 hours: that did not happen. I am also still not able to download any of the extras like soundtrack.

Could anyone help me by giving me a mail adres of customer service? I have been searching for about an hour on the Dutch version of eastore.com and with google, but I cannot find contact info anywhere... :/ I think that the link that is supposed to get me to a place from where I can mail them is broken: it sends me back to a general eastore mainscreen. Currently, I have no way to contact eastore. Hope one of you can help.

I bought the game and didn’t get the card or any other way to correct the problem I was prepared to buy collector edition but sorry your country (Serbia) isn’t on the list for registration or delivery, and I find in the store very limited number of I don’t what version without any card 2 DVDs, 1 ugly booklet .We see how good company like Bioware become bunch of idiots under the influence of EA idiots, this is the reason why piratesy never going to be ended. We buy your games to support you (not EA peace of ****) because we like you and your way to tell us fantastic stories, at list tell us the truth what’s happened with you guys in Bioware? What happened with you people did EA suck your brain of?

So I am asking all of you what do we pay I spent 50 euro to relax myself not to have head full of problems with bugs support, no support and all of other scams from gaming industry .All so we can conclude that pirates’ never can kill gaming industry. EA will do that.

I wrote to there support for the same reason. A month later I got the first response. They just apologized and told me that I should contact my store instead. They had all my info, how difficult can it be to give me the activation code. I do not know if this can be called support...

EA screwed up on a lot of the packaging leaving out the code cards. My code came in the package, fortunately, in the form of a credit card looking thing.

I actually got my Cerberus network code, I contacted distributor for my country, and they gave me code. Explanation was that they got codes too late (after they shipped games to stores)
