Why - they thank the Godess is what they're doing. And they better are or they shall be flayed alive with our minds.

As to the question, pretty much everything breaks cloak.
Depending on what kit you're using, you can exploit the oddities of tac cloak during a revive. The cloak breaking occurs independently of the refresh. A quirk of the timing of the two events allows you to pop off a power immediately after reviving a teammate, even if it occurs during a window where you would normally be locked out of all powers.
With the Shadow, for example, I habitually pop off an Electric Slash immediately after reviving a teammate in cloak. The power animation and effect completes even though it is launched during Tac Cloak's "cooldown" (and staggering up to three enemies while your revived teammate is standing up is tactically helpful.)

Anything considered a power will break the cloak. Completing a revive triggers a "power" to put it in simple terms. As to the question, pretty much everything breaks cloak.

Tactical Cloak seems to really intrigue you ! ![]()
But yes, it does, Jeremiah was right to break the combo because in this case it really works as intended. If I remember correctly TC functions like that since a balance change, but don't quote me on that.

As to the question, pretty much everything breaks cloak.
Yeah - pretty much everything breaks cloak. Although it is strange that moving your elbow slightly out of sight of any enemy breaks your cloak, but sprinting past them at full speed or firing a shot from a charged weapon doesn't. Magic!
