One method for generating more xp

I solo Threatening matches at level one. I figured out that if I stop my kill streaks at 15, I get an extra level or more from a non-dragon FC run. So, I'm pretty sure that multiple 15 kill streaks generate considerably more experience than one long kill streak.

I thought I remember reading somewhere that 13 to 15 kill streaks triggers the bonus, but didn't know you could get it multiple times in a match! And how much more xp are we talking about? I need to test this ASAP LOL. ![]()

Just discovered this yesterday. I'm sure some of you already know. For those who dont-

It's great in pug kill-a-thons. Doesn't replace the xp earned from cooperative teamplay, however. Very good tip regardless.

That is a good tip, especially when playing solo.
Edit: Oh, how long do you have to NOT kill anything to signal the end of a kill streak and thus the start of a new one?

This is a good tip but I'm not sure I have the self control to use it
Not sure I do either. In cooperative teamplay I often cringe when I see a kill streak, since I am often just trying to hit everything once and let others hit it as well. In solo play though, I love seeing those 50+ kill streaks.

On a threatening FC run with no dragon, I gained about 1.25 extra levels. And how much more xp are we talking about?

Ok here is what I did. I needed to finish my sword challenge so I decided to put this to the test.
I used my Templar on Routine on FC. I also used the same enemies and same dragon(Vints) in both. When I finished the first run I did not use any of my new ability points so she would stay as close to the same power level as possible. I also used the same fighting style in both except as noted.
In my first run I killed every enemy in strings of 15 except for the few leftovers/stragglers that could not tote up to 15 at the end. On this run I scored 8042.
On the second run I had kill a kill streak of 20+, 40+, 2 @ 60+ and one 80+. At the end the score was 7787.
So just what I ended up with.

Did a NM solo FC this morning with my Avvar and tried to do this. Could be wrong but pretty sure I usually only get 30-35k for this usually, ended on 54k which is usually barrier bot material.
Only off the cuff but if true that would make a huge difference for relatively little pain. Just went and found pots while waiting for killstreak to drop, or picked on the saarebus.
circumstances were:
LVL17 Avvar
NM FC against qunari
Called dragon
managed to get about 8-10 approx 15 killstreaks

Usually get 42000 , instead got 44370
3 x 15 kill streaks zone 1
4 x 15 zone 2
4 x 15 zone 3
5 x 15 zone 4
4 x 15 zone 5
20 in all
Took 22 min so a slower run.
Not a huge increase. Marginal at best.
