the member should have not come and trolled my community forum and the members here. they were upset by that. they, of course reported him to me. i have clear rules on the forum, it says no trolling.

 

And you expect to have a forum for how long? Trolling on forums is an essential part of forum life, you can't have one without the other.

Firstly, I'm not a member of TSG. let alone in charge of it (though I do have friends there, especially Miss Walker). While what was done is wrong (maybe, I didn't see it so I can't judge it), it wasn't planned by TSG or its management, therefore blaming the whole site for the act of one is completely wrong.

Gotcha, it was a typo, thought that you thought I was a member or in charge of it. 

 

So, if you had a member from your site go to TSG and troll it completely on their own, without the backing of the moderation team or owner, then TSG would be well within their rights to write off your entire forum for the act of one person?

Completely understandable. The best way to support someone undergoing these kind of stresses is to believe them when they tell they've been attacked by vile trolls on the internet. I still support you Cassandra dear.
