Are you insane?
How are people supposed to give you bug reports? On Facebook? On Twitter? What about all the legacy content that was activated through BSN (the DA promotional items, the ME bonus DLCs)? Where are they supposed to go to ask for technical support? And don't tell me "call EA's hotline" - they just barely know what they're doing with the corporation as a whole on a good day. Try getting specialized support for an older title and let me know how that goes for you.
You really have no idea what you're doing, do you? I was here since before ME2 came out, and I'm shocked and disheartened with how little you care about your community. I won't be surprised if the Edmonton office folds after this.
