There's nothing wrong with not knowing this stuff, or even with believing what other people told you they saw in the leaks. I'm just here to tell you that they were fools who didn't read the leaks themselves and told people what was in them anyway.I stated before that there ware leaks and other things. Those leaks happened before March of 2012, and we now have August of 2016. It's reasonable to not remember that thing, especially when we talk about game which damn traumatized me with's horrible ending and some really bad writing decisions along with storyline. (Thane !!! Legion !!!)

Just how bad is your memory? In ME2 we see several hundred identical-looking Reapers in the final custcene.

Yes and now you made me sad, not Geth ... really ? It didn't killed Geth ? What the hell BioWare !?! Why didn't you stayed with this idea ? Instead you made me into doing a damn genocide becuase all other alternatives were worse !
I thought this ending in leaks were more like horror ending which I come up before relaese of ME 3. BioWare was obviously thinking the same way since they have inplanted mine horror ending anyway inside game, luckily you only heared about it, never experianced it - since it is memory of Javik from his cycle.
I doubt many people was hearing this from him anyway since .. well I think many people would role play with good answer here and avoid it.
I thought about MOAR DRAMA ending where at the end you must destroy Reapers but on your way you have to kill your entire crew who will got indocrtinated and try to kill you, while all of them being on different stages of indoctrination. Some of them trying to kill you with no regret while others begging you to kill them because they don't won't to follow what indocrination tells them to do.
Mine brother hated that idea with passion, somehow at the end it was better than original ending even for him.

After the announcement of closure, I had learned what it felt to be a quarian. Evicted from your own home by superior forces. Now I 've also learned what it feels to be a krogan. Like they're doing everything they can to make you feel unwelcome in the galaxy. And if you don't, they threaten you with genophage. No wonder people are rebelling right, left and center.

The dark energy thing was pretty clearly, IMO, just another vehicle for IT. It still boils down to the exact same thing: the Reapers tell you some stupidass story and try to get you to stray from the path of destroying them. Only thing that changed was the lie. Once they've convinced you not to destroy them, like they did TIM, they've got you.
Yep, it could have easily worked with it. It would have probably been a binary choice, though. Something I've always wondered about is how differently things would have been if it was a binary choice. On one hand, it's less... intricate, IT or no. But I think it would have been easier for more people to support IT if the only options were to destroy the Reapers or to submit to their thinking on some level. Not only that, but if Bioware ever intended to follow up, it would have been easier to "alienate" the fans who made the wrong choice by saying they messed up than telling 2 groups they messed up.
Damn straight.
Not to mention Saren... Anyway, something I mentioned years ago that this reminded me of: I've always thought it was interesting that EDI's visor reflects both her current goals and her faction. It was Control-Blue when it was the infiltration unit working for TIM. It's Destroy-Orange when she wants to destroy the Reapers (something she kindly emphasizes a lot) and works with Shepard and co. It's Synthesis-Green in Synthesis... when she's part of the Reaper Collective... blegh

It's just been such a long time since I've seen the name. Last I knew, he was more or less in charge of at least some site administration aspects. But that was a couple of years ago.
