Bananas aren't as good for you as they seem. Pineapples are healing. Now if we could get special certain lunatics to eat some Pineapple....

Also closing this forum is a serious bummer and I'm against it. For the Record.

this page makes me so happy for so many reasons.
well, the Bioware Community are united and will always rise against those who tries to break our faith, dreams and unity as community. we will always rise from ashes. other to take change as leader for that community to lead us in combat
Some of the stuff on this page and the previous ones imply otherwise which is a shame. I had just gotten used to these forums and now they're all going away.

But it is not like we are deeply divided either, right? I guess that is something

There was a bit of hiccup there, but the site seems to be online now.
The import succeeded, though. It works. Congrats, Fexelea.
I'm still not happy with the close down and purge, but your work makes it easier to continue there. ![]()
Wow.
You saw a ghost there? I thought even the ghosts didn't go there.
Perhaps I mistook the tumbleweeds for ghosts?

Except, oh edgiest of edge lords, that for most people with any actual capacity for human empathy, that comparison is what is really absurd. Because to people with feelings, other people have more emotional significance than fish. And consequently, fictional people also have more emotional significance than fictional fish.
To people with feelings.
On the contrary, these shallow "romances" are as artificial and gamey as buying space hamster, and require just as much effort to boot. I "like" how Shepard only requires the appropriate plumbing and a press of the "let's bang, okay?" button to get involved with any of the waifus/manfus, and can do and say whatever s/he wants without consequence; want to "romance" Jack and empower Cerberus to the max in ME2? No problem!
It'd be more logical to buy Tekken or Soul Calibur in order to play barbie dress-up in the character customization than it is to go through dozens of hours of any given ME or DA game for some brief half-baked "romances", as the aforementioned character customization feature is a much bigger part of those games.
Oh and believe me, given how I've laughed to tears over the Jacob and Garrus "romances"(along other Ed Wood level examples of BW writing like space terminator), i'm certainly not lacking in emotion.
In your case wouldn't it be more logical to buy some more Taco Bell?
Didn't your mother ever tell you that pointing is rude?

Indeed it would be, it's quicker and more fulfilling to snatch me a chalupa than the time it takes me to go through dozens of hours of a BW game to get some "romance content".

Recommendation: allocate some points to reading comprehension at next level up.I thought it took little effort (eg; like buying a space hamster), but now it takes dozen of hours? Seems one cannot keep their criticisms accurate, cohesive, etc.
Recommendation: simply avoid the romances, as they likely feel the same way....
Not true; DAO was an incredibly well made M rated delight. I still enjoy it quite frequently.
However, when one places too much filling, overcooks the shell, and switches from chocolate to fecal matter; all with the same racial, gender, and lack of CC appearance and Pause, then I tend to take a pass....
Not what I was specifically referring to all, of course, but then you are singularly fixated on that game for some mystifying reason. And hey, at least this time it's not a direct question you're evading.
I hope you fare well with future Bioware games. Rest assured, they will not be created according to your incredibly peculiar palate.

I fight for freedom. Mine, and everyone's. I fight for the right to choose our own fate. And if I die, I'll die knowing that I did everything I could to stop you. And I'll die free.
So, I scrapbook. This weekend I was at a crop with several people, none of whom share my interest in gaming. They have a wide variety of interests, careers and backgrounds. Funny thing, not one understand the official rationale behind closing the forums. I got a group 'huh?'
Go figure.
If you and others hadn't then this wouldn't have happened - this way you are ripping out the heart of this community (yes, I mean that because despite all those other forms of communication, I don't think many of your staff are that active say on reddit (which is the only thing close to these forums...ok, that and the new BSN-Forums made by fans who are - rightfully - pretty upset by your stupid decision (yes: Stupid - I don't mince words, I am honest most of the time - brutally so!)) and even if they are:
How are we to know that they are really bioware employees?
Yes, I blame you and the others...how can devs, community managers etc. move on from their own forums? (unless you couldn't take it that people criticised you?)
Not to mention that Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc. aren't superior to a forum - try posting a very very very long comment or a rant etc. on Twitter...yeah right, WON'T WORK!!!
greetings LAX
I suggest you read my other posts I have covered most of this already. The short answer if you dont want to review, I dont really have anything to add to general conversations around here. I am working on an IP that I can not talk about, I dont know a lot about Dragon Age Lore, and I am no longer on Mass Effect. The main time I could contribute was ME3 MP, which I did, but now thats pretty much all talked about (in terms of what I can contribute).
Also on Reddit I am tagged on both the MassEffect and DragonAge subreddits. How do you know it is me? The mods have vetted me, and now I help vet other BioWare employees on those subreddits.
