I'm really going to miss the forums, though... It was nice to see discussion. I guess a lot of the forums here where not so great, but I feel like the potential was really strong. Plus, I'm worried about what will happen with actual, constructive technical help since the EA support is a joke anyways. Was about to get Inquisition since I'll be getting a gaming PC soon (rather than just seeing crummy graphics on the 360 with not all the dlc available), so... Idk, I hope I don't run into anything too funky with it glitch-wise now.

I'll admit that VSN is by far the friendlier of the two places, and that TSG can get a little militant and aggressive.with the anti-SJW/anti-sensitivity schtick, but TSG does still have some kind, considerate people as well. Menycet and Jorji are both there.

I think I sort of understand why they are closing the forums down now.   Sectarianism seem a little bit more extreme then I remember. It's a pity that lore discussion folks and  aggregated news checkers will loose their space but I am not sure that we can do anything about it.

Most additional content of TW3 started from Dev's comment/feedback on their forum(storage box, extra romance, New game mode etc.).

I respect the choice Bioware has made.

 

Sad part is I don't use social media and never will for personal reasons.

How ever a minority, I don't think I am alone in not using social media and basically I am cut of of any info and that makes me sad.

It's run by Cassandra Saturn. A confirmed psychotic who badly needs mental help. The people who go there are going to get fucked over eventually and I worry about them. I'd rather they go to TSG than there.

You're drawing too hard a line. There is some petulance and hatemongering that TSG could do without, but most of the mods try to be reasonable.

Okay, so it is a new day, but, when I think about this decision too hard, I still cry.

First, I went to the site "Cassandra" something started, unfortunately, she, or I suppose could be he, does not know how to use the shift key to begin a proper sentence. And, Twitter does not know how to use proper words, not to mention punctuation symbols run amok there.

Conal suggested Reddit, so, I admit it, I actually went there. Besides the fact that the mods are going to take steps to ensure we do not go there as the posters do not want us there, the print was so small it made my eyes bleed. Definitely not iPad friendly, so, I actually downloaded the app, now the print is so big that, even on the smallest setting, "grape", not really funny, I can only see two posts at a time. And, to top it all off for me, a word that got DragonRacer banned for here, is not only uncensored, but prolific on that site.

Uh, yeah, definitely not for me, oh, and it is text only, so no, what is the world coming to if there aren't any TOP's.
