Wow that really bums me out.... and I never even posted much or come here much anymore, still so much good info here for games that are still played and not even that old really, and they're just gonna nuke it all? I get its all money and with other place basically doing it for them (reddit etc) for nothing it makes sense, but **** does EA not have enough money or something?? Well, I already had serious reservations about how good ME:A would be. Closing the forums just increases my concern for the new game. Especially considering one of my main reasons for getting it would be to play the multiplayer with BSNers. I don't use other social media platforms and I'm not going to start using them just because Bioware doesn't want to keep a well established forum/social network running. Andromeda better be amazing otherwise I'm not buying it.

Feeling a bit sad about this news, as well as a little bit annoyed.
MP has given me many hours of enjoyment (and quite a bit of frustration).
2839 hours, to be precise.
I keep starting SP playthroughs, then think sod it, back to MP.
I've reached levels of scrubbiness I could never have hoped to achieve in a million years without this forum and the people on it.
