I seem to have a tendency to "jump" up to areas that should not be accessible, and find myself unable to get down. Usually when approaching the edge of something, like a room, or any obstacle. It happens frequently, unfortunately, but luckily I'm usually by something like the Galaxy map (I've walked all over the ship diagram and Galaxy Map due to this glitch), or a fast travel terminal. One time though...I fell off the map, in an area it is impossible for you to die in, due to this glitch -.-. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I've experienced that problem too, its happened twice - once I climbed up a crate and then just spun in place, unable to move, then another time my team and I climbed off a cliff and just got stuck.
