I have to admit, it was nice of Bioware to put an Aquarium VI in this game. It pained me to have to clean my fish every time I go to the Captain's quarters, in ME 2, cause I forget to feed them lol.

the way they handled the 'mining' in ME3. It was much less cumbersome because it was pretty much not even required, unless you want some additional lore flavor text in the form of smaller War Asset entries (IE that Volus ship that crashed)

The companions actually interacting with each other on the ship. It was nice to hear Garrus and James talking to each other for example, actually made your squad feel even more like a crew of friends and companions.

Agreed. It was nice to know that Garrus did stuff besides calibrate and kill people for Shepard.
