Hi all - just want to clear things up! The forum/BSN closure will not affect the Keep in any way. The Keep is safe, and not to worry

Really closing BSN is one of the biggest mistakes ever done by BioWare. 
Unless they will actually open some site which will be technical support to both their games and Keep I see NONE logical explanation for this closure.
I want to ask ANY BioWare employee right now, about HOW will we report any bugs in Keep like this unsolved crashes of story mode ?
You know .. the very same glitch which I have right now for at least 2 months now in Keep ? 
Where should I report ANY problem with Keep at all if they close BSN ? I highly doubt EA will have any service to Keep.
Not to mention closing BSN seems to me like BioWare silently trying to close itself too.
There is no reason for them to close a forum and leave both Tweeter or Facebook accounts which DON'T HAVE PURPOSES even similar to forum at all - if you want close something then close those accounts because they serve none other purpose than letting short info.
Unless EA gave them orders to close forum I see none logical explanation to WHY BioWare the "fans service" would close their MAIN tool to even know what fans actually want in game and what they don't want to. You can't have any sort of discussion about game on such Facebook ! It's not fitted to such things at all. Not to mention mass group chat there is simply terrible and not comfortable at all.
I am pretty angry right now because this one forum was entire place where you can have decent conversation about games (unless BioWare for no apparant reason would close discussions like they did to ME 3 characters ) and gain any help to them and Keep if you require it.
Sure, EA has this good working service with some tech support to Origin, but I don't recall if they had anything like communicating directly there with correct tech support from game studio.
Unless you will survive first long talk with some EA guy who will finally recognize that your problem must be solved by studio not EA itself and will switch you to them what takes time. 
BioWare - I am still WAITING for you to fix this cinematic narrative story summarize , and without Keep support on BSN I won't get any chance to report any future problems !
And yeah this closure will making me infuriated for at least two months or more. Not only you keep me in dark when it comes to DA 4 and when it will be, but you surely want to cut me out from ANY sort of info too about serie.
