Based on the information I've received, and the inconstant state of uBSN, I cannot in good conscience advertise the site. I recommend that those who would still like to, do so in their signatures and in this thread.

 

If you would like to send me a private message to address this, Cassandra, you're certainly free to do so.

 

In the meanwhile. I suggest we avoid discussing competitive activity between forums, considering it is rather antithetical to the purpose of this thread.

Nuh, uh. Allow me to share a tale of uBSN.

Cassandra Saturn sets up uBSN and things are fine for about one whole day. The people warning others about her are called meanies.

Then, without any vetting process, she chooses moderators on a first come first serve basis. One of her mods proceeds to troll anyone that warns people away from Cassandra.

Cassandra gets angry that another unofficial BSN is created and trolls that board. Her ip address is matched to the troll account.

Cassandra receives a smack down from her mods for trolling other boards. She proceeds to announce that uBSN is closing.

But wait, there's more! You didn't think the nuttiness ended there, did you? Cassandra creates another identity, Angel Blade, to announce that uBSN isn't closing and that Angel Blad is the new admin. Angel Blade let's everyone know that Cassandra is handing admin rights from herself to herself . Angel Blade's account is quickly linked to Cassandra's identity.

Meanwhile, Cassandra and Angel Blade chat with each other in the shout box.

One of her mods suggests comparing IP addresses to sort out Angel Blade's real identity. Angel Blade is never heard from again.

Several mods resign in disgust.

Cassandra is back and offers admin rights to whoever will take it. Two of her mods step up. One attempts a coup and announces the forum is being shut down. Threads are archived.

The forum rises yet again from the ashes and Cassandra announces that uBSN will live on. She bans the admin and restores threads.

Meanwhile, she heads over to BSN and changes the name of her RealKorra account to Jessica Nigri. She proceeds to impersonate a real life cosplayer and posts about the presence of a minor celebrity on BSN over at her forums.

I think that's all.

The only reasonable solution is mortal kombat between the admins to decide which forum should carry the not at all immaterial torch of the BSN.

Artifice, i have respect for you, but you know that is bit excessive, excluding my BSN forum. i mean, you don't want to list the forum. but give it a break. this is only forum to have actual Bioware legacy games. Cyonan's forum does not have specific titles for that.

I like the real dragon age fans forum. Aside from an early invite to check them out, they've been totally silent. I signed up before leaving on holiday and since then haven't heard a peep from them. They seem to be oblivious of all the drama around the closure and creation of other groups. It's kinda nice break to visit them. Heh.

You have advertised your forum well enough. Everyone knows you're the creator of the "uBSN". At the end of the day, its up to the people if they wanna join up or not.

Its also up to Arty what she chooses to promote as this is her thread.
