I am on origin for about a year and there were no me3 dlcs discount nor da2 dlcs discount nor me2 dlcs discount

I think pricing is different across the globe. Der is no diskount for der Shermany.

Just found receipts for all three DA:I DLCs, I indeed got them on discount for 9,99€ each instead of 14,99€ during december sale last year. 

If these were on sale pretty sure ME3 had to be at some point too.

Mass effect 3;  Omega and citadel 1200 bioware points each aka 12 euros each (i am buying only story related dlcs, i have no intereste in buying multiple cockpiece dlcs for Garrus which each costs like 5 euros)

nope the extended cut dlc is free citadel on the other hand u have 2 pay for 12 euros ( actually its 1200 bioware points that cost me 12 euros)
