Googling it I did find these stats Bioware has, both from March 2013. They only cover ME3 though. There were two other multiplayer ones, but this was the most recent. I am assuming they had some in game tracking method, rather then doing a survey. Does remind me that I should have done a question on favorite class, oh well.

Did the survey,PM me when the results are in, I want to see how some turned out,considering how some people kept telling me, "You have to be FemShep,be renegade,and to pick the destroy option for 3". Yeah I rather stick with my Default looking Shepard from Mass Effect 1 with a spacer/war hero background,be paragon,and pick the green option in Mass Effect 3 or the blue one,and have him die,than screw everyone else just to live. Still not considering getting Andromeda following the whole mess with Mass Effect 3. Had very few problems with the ending thanks to the extended cut,it was the whole stupid moment in between that bother me,and how TIM,my favorite villain was wasted. Just feel Andromeda should had been a reboot of sorts, instead of a cop out, keep hearing it will be like the first game,which was my favorite,but no the damage was done. Shame the board will go down.
I've got similar feelings. I just accepted the ending of ME3 and the extended cut didn't really change anything for me.
It's just how BioWare has changed between ME1 and ME3 makes me cautious about buying MEA. I'm curious but I'll wait until it's released and then decide if to get it or not.
The good thing that Mass Effect 3 showed was that gaming community is strong when it stands together and can even influence developers and publishers.
I only wish that this community would stand more often against DLC bullshit that is happening and starting to be "a common thing".

I think Star Trek ruined me on that one--the Enterprise has always been, well, the Enterprise, after all. Similarly, in every game but ME1, every character always put a 'the' before Normandy.
I've mostly been using just plain Tempest for the new ship so far, though--it's a little like how Voyager was pretty much always just Voyager, instead of 'the Voyager', which just sounds sorta dopey.
Although they don't say "The Enterprise, come in, three to beam up" I suppose it's that dopey sounding thing again. As always it's the context that's crucial.
I digress, so I'll address the matter at hand. I enjoyed your survey, struggled with the top sidekick though, maybe would have liked a number two option.

Me too, though it's not starting to be a common thing; it is a common thing.
I've mentioned this before, but I don't have any problems with DLC so long as the base game is a full experience. But DLC should also be priced appropriately. Which, for Mass Effect, it's not. Margins on DLC (and microtransactions) are huge.
It's a depressing trend that I'm surprised most gamers seem to be apathetic to.
