Now I'm curious, BW had a lot of dialogue in Trespasser aimed at fixing things people complained about so does Sera have anything to say to for her ex if Lavellan refused to essentially stop being Dalish and they broke up?

I'm not sure her character development actually went that far. But then again I never followed through with trespasser after a Sera breakup.

But I do know that, at the very least, she shows genuine compassion for an elvhen inquisitor when they learn of the evanuris=slaving magisters lore at the Elvhen Sanctuary. I mean, she is still abrasive on how the Dalish would interpret it, but she is concerned about how it changes things for the Inquisitor. So that's something.

Come to think of it, all of the romances have potential over the top drama/conflict don't they?

-Alistair potentially dumps you if he becomes king,

-Morrigan has been playing you the whole time and just leaves you at the end of Origins,

-Leliana will try to kill you if you desecrate the ashes,

-Zevran probably cheats on you and potentially betrays you when Talisen shows up.

-Anders mass murders a bunch of people and starts a war, potentially tricking you into helping him

-Fenris hits it and quits it, leaving you hanging for 3 years and he doesn't pull any punches with his hate of mages even if Hawke is a mage and romanced it seems really emotionally abusive

-Isabella probably cheats on you and causes the whole conflict with the Qunari, also possibly abandoning you,

-(I dunno about Merrill, I hate her and couldn't finish her romance)

-If you count Sebastian as a romance, he never does anything romantic with you, not even holding hands or a kiss on the cheek, and instantly dumps you and declares war on the city if you don't kill Anders.

-Sera dumps you (as an elf) if you don't agree to give up your culture

-Dorian buggers off to his homeland for good and leaves you behind without even telling you about it until the last minute when everyone else knows

-If Cassandra becomes Divine she obviously can never have a life with you (though they potentially have a secret affair I guess?)

-If you let the Chargers die, Iron Bull attacks you in Trespasser and you are forced to kill him (you deserve it if you chose that :P)

-Blackwall, holy crap.

-Solas, double crap!

-Never did Cullen's romance but it seems normal?

Josephine is the only completely normal partner I can think of who stays loyal, doesn't betray or leave you, break your heart or drown you in lies!

The more I think about this it has to be Leliana's love for the warden.. She is willing to go fight the AD so she can watch over the warden and for that reason is why Tidus leaves her in charge of the gate defense.

Also in DA:I she is worried about the Ferelden Grays or more then likely deeply concern for her lover if he/she is still alive.

So,the strongest love has to be Leliana's love for the warden.
