Im requesting silly answers please! We don't have that much time left so I'd love it if the BSN was used to make someone laugh instead of being bitter as hell... Also don't know if this the right place to even post this but it probably doesn't matter much if I'm wrong...
Anyway to start, I'd bribe everyone at EA and BW with cupcakes everyday u til they agreed with the demands of gamers.
How about bribing with money? That's what Bioware lost, people (and then their salaries) etc, I'd imagine anything short of that is just more pointless posturing.
Ask the admins nicely for access to their FTP server so you could download the forums. Would never happen though.
Some places like Mozilla do offer read-only access to download files for betas and such.
I'd buy Bioware from EA and try to get some of the old developers back, plus I'd technically own the forums, so no shut down. Alas, there is no bank that would be willing to loan the money required for such a feat to poor old Vroom Vroom.

I'd go full renegade on them.
Step 1_Take Javik and Grunt with me, plus what's left of the Batarians (they hate humans, so they'll love it) and assault EA's HQ.
Step 2_Threaten the entire board of directors to make them hire the writers again, plus Casey Hudson.
Step 3_Make them hire 100 people to manage the BSN and bring new and fun content for us on a regular basis.
Melt them down into a Reaper.
...what so now that's not a valid way to "save" something?
Just for one game, lets switch places.
They give us the resources to create the next Bioware game and they get to whine about that game here.
Both sides will come out of this with a better understanding of how the other side feels. Not only will it help preserve the forums, it will also make it a much friendlier place. 
I'd change my name/appearance/mode of speech to become community manager, guide moderation and all would worship ZOD.

Save it, but change the language choices to Klingon or Pirate. Nothing else.
Sexual favours. Looking at you, Mr. hotshot EA CEO.
Time machine. Go back to before the Doctors sold out to EA and get them to see the error of their way, preventing this decline into mediocrity and cynicism, and by extension, the forum closure. Just imagine how good it could have been if BioWare had stayed independent. DA2 would have had more than 10 months of development. ME2 might have had an actual story. Each new title probably wouldn't have been a desperate attempt to copy what was popular 2 years prior.
