What will happen to them, after the forum closes? Are they out of a job? That's so sad.
While they have great power, they unwittingly bound themselves to the BSN, so are ultimately doomed to fade from this world and into shadow.
On second thoughts, I might be mixing them up with the Ringwraiths...

Nope.
They are subcontractors, through a 3rd party. The company they work for already moves them around different locations (hence numbers instead of names.)
The numbered mods will not be effected. They'll continue to work for their parent company.
I realize the question was rhetorical and facetious, but sometimes I answer those anyway!
